A bill in the Oklahoma Legislature is aiming to lower the minimum age for purchasing a pistol. The measure decreases the age from 21 to 18. Supporters of the bill say that a federal judge in West Virginia ruled that the ban on purchases of firearms by people between the ages of 18 and 20 is unconstitutional.
