Tulsa police are urging motorists to obey traffic laws and to be courteous as a number of intersections don't have signals operating properly after the storm. In some case, the lights are not working at all and police are urging motorist to take turns going through intersections.
Police also are urging motorists to keep an eye out for debris in the road and not to drive over downed power lines.
