There will be no sports betting in Oklahoma this year. A House bill that would have legalized sports betting in the state did not advance in the Oklahoma Senate before the committee deadline. The measure called for tribes to pay the state of Oklahoma a four percent fee on the first five-million-dollars made on sports bets in one month, a five percent fee on the next five-million-dollars and a six percent fee on any additional sports betting revenue.
