The Remembrance Ceremony to be held at the Oklahoma City National Memorial has been moved. It will be held inside the nearby First Church OKC on NW 4th Street. Officials say they moved the ceremony due to the forecasted high winds and possible drizzle. The ceremony will begin at 8:45am. Today marks 28 years since the Oklahoma City bombing that killed 168 people.
