Oklahoma City is marking the 28th anniversary of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. During a remembrance ceremony this morning, Mayor David Holt said the city was changed forever as a result of the bombing in 1995, and he thanked first responders and rescuers who came from across the country in the hours after.  He said they will never be forgotten. Today's ceremony was to have been held at the site of the Oklahoma City National Memorial, but the threat of windy and rainy weather forced the event to be held indoors at a nearby church.
