Oklahoma's Attorney General and two other state AG's are suing the Biden Administration over the designation of the lesser Prairie Chicken as endangered or threatened. Drummond says the rule that went into place last week places burdensome restrictions on Oklahoma ranchers and unnecessarily gets in the way of energy pipeline, oil drilling wind farms and roads. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court in Texas. Drummond is joined by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in the challenge.
